This notice explains what HiveAgents collects through hiveagents.dev, why, and who processes it. It covers this website only, not the agent systems we deploy inside client infrastructure — those are governed by the agreement signed with each client.
Hive Agents is responsible for the data collected through hiveagents.dev and operates from Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about this notice or about your data, write to contact@hiveagents.dev.
The site has three forms: the discovery form on the homepage, the AI audit, and the partnership application. Between them they collect your name, work email, company, role, budget and timeline ranges, and the free text you write describing your workflow. Everything in those fields is information you choose to type. We ask for a work email rather than a personal one on purpose.
Submissions are emailed to our team through Resend, our email delivery provider, so someone can read and reply. A copy may also be archived to Google Cloud Storage in a private bucket. We use it to answer you, to prepare the call, and to keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside HiveAgents except the providers named in this notice.
The site runs Google Analytics 4. It records page views, which sections you scroll to, and which buttons you click, so we can tell which pages are doing their job. Google sets its own cookies to do this and processes the data under its own terms. We do not link analytics activity to the details you submit through a form.
Form endpoints are rate limited. To do that we look at the network address a request comes from, grouped rather than stored as a precise identifier, and only for as long as the limit window lasts.
Form submissions are kept while the commercial conversation is open and archived afterwards as a record of it. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to contact@hiveagents.dev and we will answer. You can block analytics cookies in your browser and the site will work normally.
