I’m Sebastián Redondo, founder of Hive Agents. I design and build AI agents and multi-agent systems to bring AI into business operations across LATAM. At Hive, we work on customer service, sales, operations and engineering processes. My work spans use case selection and architecture through development, evaluation and deployment, with defined permissions, oversight and metrics. My experience as CTO in payments and technology provides a practical foundation for working with existing systems, data and operational constraints. While working as CTO of Guavapay LATAM, integration lead times went from 3–4 months to 2 weeks. That result belongs to my experience in that role. At Hive, I apply this experience across sectors and develop agent orchestration technology. Scope and timelines are agreed for each project.
