Why we built HiveCRM
A LATAM social-commerce brand (Probella) told us they were losing customers in DMs. Voice memos left unread for days. CAC rising, conversion falling. The founder hadn't had dinner with his kids in months because he was answering DMs at 1am.
We tried a traditional CRM. Didn't work — the real conversation happened in WhatsApp + Instagram DMs, not in a Salesforce. We tried 3 "AI CRMs" on the market. Also didn't work — none of them listened to audios in Argentinian Spanish or understood LATAM slang.
We built HiveCRM specifically for that: listen to customer audios, reply in the channel they wrote from, hold context between sessions. Today it serves Probella at clients.hiveagents.dev. Their CAC dropped by month 2. Their founder eats dinner with his kids. That's the metric we care about.
